J-Mate® Continuous Dryer

With the J-Mate® continuous drying system, you can:
- Use gas or electric infrared heat for rapid, effective water removal.
- Achieves both a weight reduction as well as a volume reduction.
- Process between .75 ft3 and 6 ft3 of filter cake material an hour.

When the J-Press® filter press and continuous J-Mate® dryer are used in combination, you can achieve a volume reduction of 80:1.

J-Mate® Batch Dryer

With the J-Mate®  low temperature batch drying system, you can:

-Dry 5 ft3 to 37 ft3 of filter cake material in 24 hours. 
-Dry organic material in your sludge that might smoke, ignite or smell when exposed to heat. 
-Reduce cake weight by 66%. 
-Dry in a closed system so emissions are virtually eliminated.
